Q: Can St Peter Total Building Solutions help me with seeking Planning Permission from my local Council?

A: Yes, without a problem. We have years of experience and can simply interpret complex building and planning regulations.

 

Q: Will I need to arrange Building Regulations Approval?

A: We are fully conversant with Building Control and are more than happy to take care of the entire process unless you have developed your own plans, in which      case we can help if necessary.

 

Q: There is currently a water tank positioned within my loft. Does this present a problem?

A: A water tank can quite simply be repositioned elsewhere in order to maximise the potential loft space you have to use.

 

Q: How long does a loft conversion generally take to complete?

A: This is of course dependant on the scope of the project, but on average a general conversion will take between 8 to 10 weeks to complete..  

 

Q: What about my neighbours? Will they be disturbed?

A: Not under normal circumstances, but you may well need a Party Wall Agreement.
